Due to the use of state-of-the-art technology in the production of plate type tape, the uniformity of water distribution is above 95% and the water output of the plates has about 3% changes. If the uniformity of water distribution in the seam type tape is about 70 to 75% and the coefficient of variation is at least 4%.
Plate technology adjusts the water outlet pressure, which leads to flattening of the type strip along 130 to 150 meters with uniform water distribution in the first plate and the last plate.
If the uniformity of water distribution in the seam type tape is maintained only up to 60 to 70 meters in length and will change significantly during higher spreading. The two factors mentioned above will lead to a 20 to 30% increase in product production with a laminated type tape compared to a seamless type tape.
Types of tapes available:
Plate type tape: water exits through the plate with high uniformity
Seamed tape: Water drains through the side holes of the tape
